摘    要:结合某新建工程实际,探讨了有关机组选型和使用等方面的问题。认为:夏季工况采用带显热回收装置的新风换气机,即使显热交换效率高达70%,新风引起的冷负荷也是不可忽视的;设计中应有保证新风换气机的送排风量靠近设计工况点运行的措施,应最大限度地减少因室内管道阻力和送排风风机的出力不一致而对室内热湿环境带来的负面影响;国家有关部门应尽快制定出新风换气机的产品标准以帮助设计人员和用户鉴别选用;产品样本中的措辞应力求准确严密;生产厂家应提供详尽、准确、可靠的技术资料。

Abstract:Discusses specification and usage of the outdoor air supplier (OAS) based on some problems arising in a new-built residential building,maintains that in summer,cooling load from outdoor air is still not negligible even for an OAS with sensible heat recovery of 70% in efficiency,that measures for assuring an OAS operating closer to the rating conditions should be set in design to minimize adverse effects on the indoor environment,that a national standard needs to be established and enforced for better regulation of the market,and that manufacturers should improve the wording in their catalogue,providing users with detailed,accurate and reliable technical data.
