| 摘 要： | 本文建立了双辊倾斜式薄带连铸传热过程的数学模型,妥善处理了影响传热过程的主要因素,采用有限差分法及三对角矩阵算法进行数值计算。初步验证了数学模型的可靠性。计算模拟揭示了各主要工艺、设备参数对薄带连铸过程的影响规律。

| Abstract: | A mathematical model has been developed on the heat transfer in the process of thin strip continuous casting by slant set twin roll technique. Main factors affecting the heat transfer process have been appropriately tackled; numerical value calculated by finite differential equation and tridiagonal matrix algorithm; and reliability of the mathematical model proved, Computer simulation has laid bare rules about the effects of various principal process parameters as well as equipment parameters on the casting process. |
