| 摘 要： | 微型轿车所用的等速万向节传动轴中的移动节装配过程中，仅靠目测装配会发生一个或多个零件方向装反的现象，若将错装零件发给顾客，会遭到顾客退货、索赔。介绍了一种防止移动节零件装错的装置。可确保零件装配后100％合格。

| Abstract: | In assembling process of plunging joint of CVJ driveshaft, parts will be possibly assembled with wrong direction if checked only by eye,if the wrong- assembled joints are delivered to customer, customer will return the joints to supplier. One kind of plunging joint assembling POKA YOKE is introduced, with this POKA YOKE, the assembled parts can be guaranteed 100% qualified. |
