微波消解氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定扶芳藤中汞的含量

摘    要:建立了一种微波消解、氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定扶芳藤中汞的方法。研究了测定汞时介质的酸度和硼氢化钾的用量对汞测定的影响。汞的检出限、回收率、相对标准偏差分别为0.012 ng/mL,89.3%和2.39%。本方法具有灵敏度高,准确度高的特点,应用于实际样品的测定,结果满意。

Abstract:HG-AFS was applied to the simultaneous determination of mercury in Euonymus fortunei.Effects of acidity and concentration of KBH4 solution on the hydride forming reaction,suitable conditions for the acid digestion of sample and the working condition of the instrument were studied and optimized.Detection limits(3S)of the method was 0.012 ng/mL,and recovery was 89.3%;the values of RSD was 2.39%.This method is sensitive and accurate and has been applied for the determination mercury in Euonymus fortunei with satisfactory results.
