VTES交联PDMS渗透汽化膜分离水中乙醇性能的研究

摘    要:以乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(VTES)为交联剂对端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(H-PDMS)进行交联制备了疏水性更强的渗透汽化膜.通过考察交联温度、交联剂用量及料液温度等对该PDMS膜渗透汽化性能的影响发现:对乙醇浓度为6%的体系,交联温度为80℃,质量比m(H-PDMS)∶m(VTES)∶m(DBTDL)(二丁基二月桂酸锡)=1∶0.2∶0.02,原料液温度为40℃时,分离因子和渗透通量分别达到15.5和421.67 g/(m2.h),表明该VTES交联的PDMS膜具有良好的优先透醇性.

Abstract:In this paper, the PDMS membranes were crosslinked with vinyltriethoxysilane(VTES)to separate ethanol(EtOH)from aqueous solution by pervaporation(PV).The effects of crosslinking temperature, the content of crosslinking agent and feed temperature on the PV performances of PDMS crosslinking membranes were investigated.For 6wt % ethanol aqueous solution, the PDMS membrane had the high separation factor of 15.5 and total flux 421.67 g/(m2·h), respectively, when feed temperature was 40℃, m(H-PDMS):m(VTES): m(DBTDL)= 1 : 0.2: 0.02, and crosslinking temperature was 80℃.It was shown that the mem branes had high EtOH permselectivity and flux.
