Abstract:In order to improve soy sauces productivity, this article introduces some information about yeast - making equipment. Normal belt conveying, auger conveying, scraper conveying and roots hopper blower arc discussed in detail from the two aspects of processed materials and yeast - making. The advantages and disadvantages of ventilation yeast pool, yeast - making machine with foursquare, and round yeast - making machine are mentioned in the article. Their optimal conditions are also introduced in the article.
