| 摘 要： | 洛克深入探讨了公民社会中各种权力之间相互制衡的问题。人民(人民共同体)、立法权、执行权(包括对外权) 三者之间,既有权力高低之分,又相互制约,从而达到一种平衡状态。各种权力分开并相互制衡,是为了确保公民社会的目的和各项基本原则得以实现。洛克权力制衡思想对现代社会仍然具有启发意义。

| Abstract: | Locke discusses power check-and-balance system in civic society. The three aspects of the people, legislative power and executive power interact each other so as to be balanced. This check-and-balance system can guarantee the realization of all cardinal principles and play an instructive role in the present society. |
