摘    要:基于直接数字频率合成(DDS)技术在带宽、频率转换速率、调频线性度、频率分辨率和稳定度等方面的优异性能,采用直接数字频率合成芯片AD9959设计4路独立的步进频率源,结合3V低功耗接收机中频子系统AD607芯片设计超外差式接收机,实现了用于探地雷达的一种DDS步进频率设计,方案简单易行,性能高效稳定。

Abstract:Taking the advantage of superior performance of direct digital synthesis(DDS)in bandwidth,speed of frequency change,linearity of FM and so on,a Stepped-Frequency source having four independent channels generted by direct digital syn- thesis (DDS)chip AD9959 is designed.Combined with 3 V low power receiver IF subsystem chip AD607,a superheterodyne re- ceiver is designed.This design of SFCW based on DDS used on Stepped-frequency ground penetrating radar could be easily done and the performance is stable and highly effective.
