平面螺管换热器的优化设计

摘    要:本文以最大传热系数为目标函数,对平面螺管换热器进行了优化设计。优化结果使换热器传热系数增大8.3%,换热面积减少12.5%,从而使换热器结构更加紧凑合理。

Abstract:An optimal design of plane spiral-tube heat exchanger is achieved by taking the maximum heat transfer coefficient as perfective objective func- tion,and the heat transfer coefficient of the resulting exchanger increases by 8.3 percent and its heat transfer surface decreases by 12.5 percent, making it more compact and reasonably-structured.
