| Abstract: | The deformation of structural foundation under the water table as well as the effect of different consolidation scheme and multiple support methods during the excavation of tunnels are simulated by using the FLAC Code (the Fast Lagrange Finite Program).The simulated results provide the base for the tunnel construction and setting down a suitable consolidation scheme. |
