| 摘 要： | 采用P-B实验设计方法,从炔醛法合成丁炔二醇的诸因素中筛选出了关键变量,建立了多元一次线性方程及机理型动力学方程,求得了各动力学参数与温度变化的关系式,可作为选择最佳操作条件和反应器放大设计的依据。

Kinetics of 2-Butyne-1,4-Diol Synthesis |

| Abstract: | In this work Plackett-Burman's method of experimental programming was used. The main factors influencing the synthesis of butynediol were found to be the reaction temperature, the concentration of formaldehyde and the catalyst charge. A linear multinomial equation and a L-H kinetic equation were derived.The expressions for the kinetic constant and the adsorption equilibrium constants against the temperature were determined. The results of experiments show that the catalysts of ethynylation prepared from our laboratory are stable intheir activity. |
