高密度球形Ni(OH)_2工艺开发研究

摘    要:从镍盐水溶液中生成Ni(OH)_2的过程可描述为:Ni~(2+)首先发生水解反应,水解产物达到饱和后转变成固相形态自溶液中析出;其固相产物Ni(OH)_2的结构和形态依反应条件而变.在仔细分析这一过程的动力学特点和设计具有特定功能反应器的基础上,开发了一种生产球形Ni(OH)_2新工艺,该工艺所得产品具有高密度、高容量和电催化活性优良等特点.

Abstract:The process of forming Ni(OH)2 from nickel salt solution can be described as fo'lows:a hydrolytic reaction of Ni2+ is followed by precipitation of solid phase which is separated out as soon as the solution is saturated with the hydrolysate. The lattice structure and the appearance of the solid products depend on the reaction conditions. Based on analyzing the kinetical characteristics of the process and designing reactors with special functions,a new process for preparing spheric nickel hydroxide having high density,high capacity,and high electrocatalytic activity is developed.
