高精度玻璃纤维增强塑料线圈骨架的研制

摘    要:研制出高精度玻璃纤维增强塑料线圈骨架,讨论了其成型工艺技术,包括模具设计、制造、维护及线圈骨架的压制工艺。指出在成型过程中必须做到四点:维护好模具、保护好嵌件、固化成型前预压实、平稳脱模。成功制得高精度玻璃纤维增强塑料线圈骨架。

Abstract:The high-precision glass fiber reinforced plastics(GFRP) coil-skeleton was developed. The molding technologies including design, manufacture and maintenance of mould, and compression technology were discussed. High-precision GFRP could be prepared successfully if the mould was well maintained, insert was well protected, compaction was done before curing, and demolding was smooth.
