兼顾安全和可靠的道路照明电击防护形式

摘    要:近年来各地城市道路照明电击事故时有发生,本文对事故原因进行了分析,并对道路照明中应用的电击防护措施进行讨论,重点评估了TN-C、TN-S、TT三种接地方式及相应的自动切断电源防护在单一故障下、双重故障下的有效性。为兼顾道路照明系统的安全性和可靠性,提出采用"TN-S接地+过流保护+漏电监测"的防护形式。此外,还讨论了应对双重故障的要点以及提高安全性和可靠性的其他措施。

Abstract:In recent years,lighting electric shock accidents have occurred in many cities. The paper analyzes reasons which cause the accidents and protection methods against electric shock,makes comparison of grounding modes generally used in road lighting such as TN-C, TN-S, TT, and investigates the effectiveness of protection by switching off power supply automatically under single fault and double faults.For both safety and reliability of road lighting system,the paper presents a protecting method combined TN-S earthing mode over current protection and leakage monitoring. In addition,the paper proposes protection method in double faults.
