| Abstract: | Based on Guangdong patent information service platform analysis system, the specific retrieval and analysis of patents on OLED equipment technology were presented in this paper. These patents of OLED equipment technology were analyzed from the application amount, the trends of application quantity, the key international patent classification technology and the main patent applicants, which made a powerful reference for the technology research and overall development of the OLED equipment technology. |
