| Abstract: | To several anoxia mice models, total alkaloids of Kudouzi (TASa) can prolong their tolerance time (ip < 1/10, 1/5LD50/kg, P < 0.05-0.01). In the experiment of myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin, TASa decreased significantly the ST change in ECG (P < 0.05). The acute LD50 of TASa by ip was found to be 130.66 +/- 22.64 mg/kg for mice. |
