绩效管理对组织公平感的影响研究

摘    要:文章采用访谈和问卷法探讨了绩效管理对组织公平感四个方面:分配公平、程序公平、领导公平和信息公平的影响作用。研究结果表明,绩效管理对组织公平感的四个方面都有显著的影响作用,其中绩效考评的影响作用最为显著。研究结果与西方发达国家的已有研究存在一定的差异。

Abstract:Two methods of interview and questionnaire were adopted in the study. The effects of performance management on organizational justice were analyzed systematically. The result indicated that performance management was closely related to the different dimensionalities of the organizational justice and the result also indicated that there were some differences in the effects between China and the western developed countries.
