Pd-Bi/C催化合成丙酮酸的研究

摘    要:采用液相催化氧化丙酮醛,丙酮醛选择性转化为丙酮酸.探讨了不同载体、反应时间和温度以及催化组分Pd和Bi的添加量对丙酮酸产率的影响.结果表明,当负载Pd 2.5%,物质的量比Bi/Pd为0.2,pH 7~8,反应温度为45 ℃左右,反应时间2.5 h条件下,丙酮酸产率最高,产率达86.4%.

Abstract:A new method,in which methylglyoxal was oxidized by liquid phase catalysis in order to be selectively converted to pyruvic acid with the yield reaching up to 86.4%,was introduced.The effects of reaction conditions such as different carrier,reaction time,reaction temperature,and the amount of Pd and Bi added to Pd-Bi/C catalyst on the yield of pyruvic acid were discussed.The test results showed that a highest yield could be obtained,when 2.5% Pd was loaded on the activated carbon,the Bi/Pd mole ratio was 0.2...
