铁磁性容器的渗透与磁粉检测方法比较

摘    要:为了澄清容器表面检测中渗透检测方法比磁粉检测方法直观,没有必要做磁粉检测的错误观点,介绍了渗透和磁粉检测的原理、应用范围及各自的优缺点。得出在铁磁性材料中,磁粉检测不仅能检出表面开口缺陷,还可以检出近表面缺陷的结论。该结论在一台浮头式换热器的对比试验上得到了验证。

Abstract:In order to clarify the mistaken view that penetrant testing method is much more easier and were intuitive than magnetic particle testing for surface defect detection of vessel, so magnetic particle testing is not necessary to carry on. The principle, scope of application and respective advantages and disadvantages of the two testing methods were introduced. The conclusion was got that magnetic particle testing method could not only detect open surface defect but also near surface defect, which was verified at the sensitivity comparing testing for a floating head heat exchanger.
