固体火箭推进剂包覆层激光全息无损检测研究

摘    要:采用激光全息无损检测技术对固体火箭推进剂包覆盖进行无损检测。采用一种新型光导热塑记录系统代替传统的全息银盐干版,它可在原位实时干显全息图,并使探伤过程摆脱了暗室操作的局限性,本文还针对固体火箭推进剂包覆层实时全息图的特点,实施了全息线干涉术对全息图的调制,并对全息图计算机预处理技术进行了讨论。在此基础上,设计装配了一套含干涉仪和控制台的半自动化专用系统。

Abstract:Introduces a study on the holographic nondestructive testing system for solid rocket propellant coating layers.Instead of the holographic silver salt based plate,a new type of recording photoconductive thermoplastics is used,which can be uesd in real-time,in-situ,with the dry process and without the need of dark room as a necessary condition.In the paper,results from a program on fringe linearization of real-time holographic interferometry for the detection of defects of solid propellant coating layer are presented.The method of processing the hologram is given.On this basis,a single-purpose,semiautomatic practical system,including the interferometer and control unit has been designed and assembled.
