锌试剂分光光度法测定抗菌纤维的壳聚糖含量

摘    要:壳聚糖与锌试剂在一定pH值下形成壳聚糖-锌试剂复合物,在465 nm处的吸光度,与壳聚糖的浓度呈良好的线形关系.试验表明,壳聚糖-锌试剂复合物在465 nm处的吸光度与壳聚糖含量在0.001~0.03g/L呈良好的线性关系(R=0.998),相对标准偏差为3.3%~4.9%,回收率为93.2%~108.7%.

Abstract:The method was based on the absorbance of zinc chitosan complex at 465 nm being in proportion to chitosan concentration under experimental condition in this paper.The linear range is 0.001 ~ 0.03 g/L(R=0.998),the relative standard deviation(RSD) of this method was in the range of 3.3 %~4.9 %,and the recoveries in the range of 93.2 %~108.7 %.This method was proved to be not only rapid and simple,but also of high sensitivity and good repeatability.
