ICEAS工艺在昆明市第四污水处理厂的应用

摘    要:对昆明市第四污水处理厂ICEAS工艺流程、生化反应池的构成及其配置设备和作用进行了介绍,重点对ICEAS工艺生化反应的控制,DCS控制系统构成、工艺运行时间的编排和调控模式、工艺控制的重要影响因素如溶解氧、水位、污泥浓度、反应池依次投入的运行模式、系统自动控制数学模型的建立等进行了分析,并就各影响因素之间的相互联系和后果进行了研究,确保出水水质达到国家标准要求,取得了较好的效果。同时,还对该工艺提出了进一步完善的建议。

Abstract:Intermittent cycle extended aeration system (ICEAS) treating municipal wastewater has been applied in The 4th Wastewater Treatment Plant in Kunming.The control of biological reaction, the structure of the distributed control system (DCS), the program and regulation of operation cycles, the interaction of main factors such as DO, water level and sludge concentration etc. on process control and the establishment of mathematical model of systematic automation are discussed and described in detail. In the practical operation at recent years countermeasures were taken against various influencing factors with successful results. It was thought the time sequence based control supplemented with correction by effects of important parameters and necessary manual arbitrary dictation will be convenient to guarantee the effluent to meet the requirement of national standard. Also recommendations for further improvement of this system have been proposed.
