摘    要:介绍了热喷涂技术制备功能梯度材料涂层的研究与发展状况,分析了各种热喷涂方法制备功能梯度涂层的技术与工艺特点,指出了各自的优势与不足;同时还介绍了20世纪90年代末发展起来的自蔓延高温合成技术与热喷涂技术相融合而形成的反应热喷涂技术制备功能梯度材料涂层的最新研究动态,并展望了热喷涂制备功能梯度材料涂层的发展前景.

Abstract:A review was given on the current state and development of thermally sprayed functional gradient coatings.Thus the technical features of various thermal spraying methods applicable to the preparation of functional gradient coatings were summarized,and the advantages and disadvantages of these methods were briefed.Moreover,the recent progress in reaction thermal spraying technique developed from the combination of self-propagation high-temperature synthetic technique and thermal spraying technique and applicable to preparation of functional gradient coatings was introduced.And some perspectives were suggested concerning the development of thermally sprayed functional gradient coatings as well.
