| 摘 要： | 断火限位器（以下简称断火器）是起重机械设备比较理想的电气控制开关之一。在钢丝绳式电动葫芦吊中用作升降机械的限位保护,能有效避免重物冲顶、拉断钢丝绳、重物下坠等问题。但由于断火器运行的特点大大提高了电机缺相的概率,严重时会烧坏线圈。针对这一问题通过对断火器工艺原理的分析得出了改进措施。
