一种高温防垢剂的研究与应用

摘    要:以水为溶剂,K2S2O8-Na2S2O3为引发剂,合成了马来酸酐/烯类磺酸单体/丙烯酸/亚磷酸共聚物防垢剂,研究了其防垢效果与聚合温度、引发剂用量及单体质量比等因素的关系。考察了防垢剂用量和溶液中Ca^2 、Ba^2 、Sr^2 的质量分数对防垢效果的影响。结果表明,该防垢剂对BaSO4、SrSO4、CaSO4均具有较好的防垢效果。

Abstract:The maleic anhydride/olefinic sulfonic acid/acrylic acid/phosphorous acid copolymer was synthesized with water as solvent, K2S2O8 - Na2S2O3 as initiator. The effects of polymerization temperature, amount of initiator, mass ratio of monomers on scale - inhibiting efficiency were investigated. The effect of amount of copolymer and concentration of Ca 2+ , Ba 2+ , and Sr 2+ on scale - inhibiting efficiency were also investigated. The results showed that the scale inhibitor had good scale - inhibiting efficiency.
