摘    要:针对中小石化企业产品营销的现状,阐述了改革销售体制应注重建立的几个体系,提出应加强培训营销人员,不拘一格造就充满活力的销售队伍,切实树立以顾客为中心的思想,实现企业经营目标。

Abstract:Several marketing systems which shall be established in sales system reform are explained against the current situation in medium or small size petrochemical enterprise marketing management. It is suggested to enhance the sales personnel training, organize an active marketing team in different ways, be conscious of taking customer as the most importance, in order to realize the enterprise' s business target.
