液压支架液压阀的密封技术分析

摘    要:液压支架中各种液压阀的使用寿命很低,国外解决的途径和办法是提高系统的过滤精度和提高乳化液的质量,但收效不大。本文分析了支架阀的密封副的发展过程,沦述了密封副的材料与密封性能之间的关系。指出了密封技术是提高液压支架中液压阀使用寿命的关键。

Abstract:The working life of hydraulic valves for the powered support are very short. The method used abroad is to improve the filter precision of the system and the quality of the emulsion, but it is not effective. This paper has analyzed the developing process of the powered support's valve and the relationship between sealing material and sealing property, and also pointed out that sealing technology is the key process to improve the working life.
