沥青混合料最大理论相对密度确定方法的探讨

摘    要:沥青混合料的最大理论相对密度直接决定了沥青混合料的体积特性,从而间接决定了混合料的路用性能,现有的试验规程中最大理论相对密度的确定方法有两种:计算法和实测法;新的施工技术规范JTG F40-2004结合Superpave设计方法进行了相应的调整,但是不同的确定方法之间存在着较大的差异,通过几种不同确定方法的对比分析,建议采用基于实测法的有效密度法;当实测条件不具备时,推荐了相应的计算方法.

Abstract:The volume properties of asphalt mix are decided by the theoretical maximum specific gravity of bituminous mixtures, which decides pavement performance of asphalt mix indirectly. There are two methods to get the theoretical maximum specific gravity of bituminous mixtures in the existing standard test method: one is the computing method and the other is practical measurement method . As to this, it has been adjusted in the new technical specifications (JTG F40-2004) for construction according to the SUPERPAVE design method, but there is still difference between different methods. Comparing and analyzing the different methods proposed, the effective volume method based on the practical measurement method was adopted. And the corresponding methods was suggested when the condition for the practical measurement was not sufficient.
