油田用高压注水泵的定制寿命设计

摘    要:定制寿命设计方法将机械产品设计判据由强度的定性设计提高到寿命的定量设计。研究并掌握该设计方法对提高机械设计水平有重要意义,也是降低产品成本,提高产品市场竞争力的一个有力措施。这种设计方法可做到产品寿命参数的主动设计。本文结合高压注水泵进行了定制寿命设计分析,对高压注水泵关键零件进行了有限元静力学分析、模态分析、疲劳寿命分析和疲劳损伤分析等。结果表明,本文分析的高压注水泵具有足够的静强度和疲劳寿命,分析计算结果为进一步确定零件的尺寸、形状和精度等提供了有效的参考依据。

Abstract:The customized life design technique enhances the mechanical product stanaara from me qualitative design of strength to the quantitative design of customized life. The application of the technique is significant to the raising of mechanical design, and also a measure to reduce product costs and enhances the competitiveness of a product. The paper analyzes the critical components of a high pressure pump by using FEA method in terms of their stresses, strains, modal analysis, fatigue life, and fatiuge damage. Results show that the high pressure pump possesses enough strength and fatigue life. The results presented in this paper is also significant to the determination of the size, shape and accuracy of components.
