摘    要:分析了H32058从动齿圈经中频淬火后出现的淬硬层分布不均和淬火裂纹等缺陷的原因,通过重新设计感应器和反复工艺调试,利用两次中频加热淬火方式实现预热中频淬火,获得了沿齿廓分布的淬硬层。

Abstract:The hardened case ununiformity and quenching cracks of H32058 driven ring gear after the medium frequency induction quenching were analyzed. In order to improve the situation, the inductor was redesigned and the heating-cooling processes were tested and regulated many times. Finally, preheating induction quenching was realized by two times heating using medium frequency quenching method and the hardening case distributing along the gear profile was obtained.
