摘    要:本文综述了在IPC4101A-2001(刚性及多层印制板用基材规范)的分类特点,纳米材料和纳米技术在基材中的应用将对未来的基材制造技术和标准分类产生潜在的影响,其主要原因是由于纳米材料对基材的力学性能、绿色化和填料的发展造成冲击,同时,提出了在当前形势下对基材标准体系的一般看法。在纳米材料应用于基材业的背景下,我们在相关标准上要尽可能抢占战略先机。

Abstract:In the paper, the classification of IPC4101A-2001, the potential effect on the manufacture and standard of the application of nanomaterials and nanotechnology in PCB substrate was reviewed. The main reason is why nanomaterial will be a impact to mechanical property, environment friendly and filler of PCB substrate. At the same, my personal opinion was put forward in the present. We must take into account the strategy of nanotechnology used in PCB substrate about standard.
