摘    要:根据变质热力学的基本原理,建立了容积式制冷压缩机吸排气腔和工作腔工作过程的热力学模型,采用有限元方法建立了压缩机吸排气阀的动力学模型,并提出了判断阀片离开升程限制器的新方法.根据所建模型,采用C++语言编制了模拟程序及用户界面,并以实验结果验证了模拟计算程序的正确性.

Abstract:The thermodynamic model of reciprocation type refrigeration compressor including suction cavity, working cavity and discharging cavity is built up, based on the variable mass thermodynamic theory. The kinematic models of suction and discharging valve are set up using Finite Element Method (FEM), and the new method to determine when the valve will depart the limitation ceiling is put forward. Based on this model, the simulation program, which is verified by the experimental results, is made.
