云南省禄劝县旅游扶贫研究

Researches on the Pro-Poor Tourism Development in Luquan County of Yunnan Province

Although the ＂blood transfusion＂ type of poverty-relief has contributed greatly in the early time for the development of Luquan County, it hasn＇ t solved the problem from the root, and then the poverty comes back again. As the abundant tourism resources coincide with the cheap and plentiful human resources, Luquan County, which is most suitable to carry out the ＂self-dependence＂ type of poverty-relief, has enormous tourism capacity. In order to gain the three major benefits, and realize permanent prosperities, the following scenery spots should be supported： Sedan Mountain, Jiao Ping Ferry and Yunlong Lake. With the regional tourism cooperation and adjusting measures to different distinctive conditions, full course trained local residents would get out from poverty radically.
