摘    要:针对大量矿井抽放瓦斯因CH4浓度低、难以利用与储运的问题,提出了通过促进剂溶液水合物方式分离提纯含氧煤层气的方法.利用THF与SDS溶液,分别在合成试验台上对模拟含氧煤层气进行了不同初始压力下水合物分离提纯实验.结果表明:在5 ℃与初始反应压力为0.3 MPa时,THF溶液水合物技术可实现水合物生成与CH4气体的分离与增浓,使含氧煤层气中CH4浓度由1645%提高到61.70%;相同温度下当初始反应压力由0.3 MPa增加到1.0 MPa时,水合物中CH4的浓度由61.70%降到56.20%,CH4增浓效率随反应压力升高而降低;水合物分离技术在反应条件与安全性方面明显优于低温液化分离.
