电磁发射用电抗器温度场影响因素研究

摘    要:为研究电容储能脉冲电抗器在连续脉冲载荷作用下不同因素对温度场的影响程度,根据脉冲电抗器结构特点,建立脉冲电抗器温度场传热模型;分析了连续脉冲热载荷加载条件下,不同散热方式、散热条件及脉冲载荷加载时间间隔等因素对电抗器最高温度及温度场分布的影响。数值仿真结果表明,脉冲热载荷加载时间间隔是影响电抗器最高温度的主要因素;在脉冲电抗器散热过程中,端面散热为主要散热方式。

Abstract:To study the factors influencing temperature of pulse inductor in the situation of continuous pulsed discharge,the heat transfer model was built by the characteristics of pulse inductor.The influences of the factors such as heat emission mode,boundary condition and loading frequency on highest temperature and temperature field of pulse inductor were analyzed.The simulation result shows that,in the situation of continuous pulsed discharge,the loading frequency is the main factor influencing the highest temperature in pulse inductor.In the process of heat emission of pulse indutor,the heat emission of end face is the main mode.
