碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土梁受弯性能试验研究

摘    要:通过观测1根完好未加固和1根碳纤维布加固的钢筋混凝土梁在不同荷载作用下的跨中挠度、裂缝开展、钢筋应变、碳纤维布应变等的发展情况,对碳纤维布加固试验梁的受弯性能进行分析,结果表明:碳纤维布加固有效地抑制了试验梁的开裂,加固梁开裂荷载与未加固梁对比提高5.1%.在加固梁相对于未加固梁设计承载力提高40%的情况下,碳纤维布试验梁实际提高承载力为52%左右,说明碳纤维布加固设计具有比较高的保证率.根据试验数据对比分析常用的3种加固规范(GB 50010—2002,JTG/TJ 122—2008,CECS146:2003)对碳纤维布加固设计的保证率,并对在不同计算情况下,保证率达不到要求的规范进行了原因分析.

Abstract:Through an observation on the mid-span deflection,the crack development,the steel strain and the carbon-fiber strain of a reinforced concrete beam strengthened by CFRP beam under different load,the flexural performance of CFRP strengthened beam is analyzed.The actual flexural behavior is higher than the design flexural behavior obtained.Based on the experimental data,the guaranteed rates in accordance with different specification(GB 50010—2002,JTG/TJ 122—2008,CECS 146:2003)are compared.The reason of the guaranteed rate which is less than requirements in different situation is analyzed in this paper.
