基于ANSYS的门式启闭机有限元分析

摘    要:应用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对梨园水电站QM4500/1000kN门式启闭机进行结构计算分析,对门架做进一步优化,使结构更为合理,能在投标竞争中处于优势。用ANSYS软件建立SHELL63弹性壳单元模型,对门机结构的连接、约束、载荷进行有效处理,对门架各种工况下的应力、变形进行有限元计算,对比分析手算结果和有限元计算结果,在应力和变形方面,有限元分析结果更直接的反应了门架的应力和变形,局部还可以再优化,使其结构更合理。

Abstract:Application of finite element analysis software ANSYS, QM4500 / 1000kN of Liyuan Hydropower Station gantry crane structure analysis, calculation, gantry is further optimized, so that the structure is more reasonable, can in the bidding competition in advantage. Using ANSYS software to establish the SHELL63 elastic shell element model, door machine connecting structure, restriction, load for efficient processing, portal frame under various conditions of stress, deformation, finite element analysis, comparative analysis of hand calculation results and the results of finite element calculation, the stress and deformation, finite element analysis results in a more direct response the door frame and the stress and deformation, partial can optimize again, make the structure more rational.
