斜盘式轴向柱塞泵变量阻力的研究

摘    要:斜盘式轴向柱塞泵在变量过程中受到由负载引起的对变量机构的阻力作用,该力对变量泵的性能有较大影响。过去,对其中的摩擦力大小只能靠经验估计。本文在理论分析诸阻变量力的基础上,提出了斜盘泵等效变量摩擦阻力的概念,并以63BCY—14B柱塞泵为研究对象,用实验方法测定该摩擦系数,从而确定了变量阻力的大小。

Abstract:In the process of changing the displacement of the control piston of a swash plate pump, there is a resistance due to the load acting on the volume flow control device This resistance will infuence the performance of the pump. Usually, the friction in this case was estimated with experience. In this paper, th resistances on the volume flow control device of the swash plate pump are analyzed theoritically with the concept of equivalant friction on the volume flow control device. Taking the axial piston pump 63BCY14-1B as an example, the friction coefficient was measured by experimental method, and the resistance on the volume flow control device could be determined.
