协同进行素质教育

摘    要:学校教育不是为应考而进行教育,是为提高素质而实施教育。素质教育是学校教育的本质,这是素质教育的广义解释。它的狭义理解是进行以人文为中心的思想教育。思想教育并不是说教,它是感染和薰陶。政治教育不能替代思想教育。兴趣教育是素质教育的同盟军。重视人文科学,组建文艺社团,培养人文精神,使学生既有学士的斯文,又有文人的倜傥,庄严的学校高奏起校园青春园舞曲,这就是有效的管理者对学校的有效管理,就是有作为的学校领导人的领导作为。

Abstract:School education is not an education of test but an education for the goal of quality cultivation.Quality education is the essence of education,which is a general interpretation of it.A narrow interpretation of it is that it is an ideology instruction centering round humanities.Ideoloy education is an education of influencing rather than an education of preaching doctrines.Politics education cannot take the plac of ideology education.And quality education shooould be joined by interest education.Importance should be attached to the disciplines of humanities and to the cultivation of humanities spirit among the students.We want our students to embody in themselies both the element of elegance and that of unrestrained character.This is what the effective management of university seeks.This is what the leaders efforts of university strives for.
