摘    要:研究了预应变量、加热和冷却工艺对FeMn-Si-Cr-Ni-C形状记忆合金回复应力的影响。结果表明,当预应变量小于3%~4%时,随应变量的增加,回复应力增加。大于3%~4%后,则下降。同一温度下,冷却过程的回复应力大于加热过程的回复应力。停止加热时的温度越高,冷却过程中的回复应力越大。

Abstract:The effect of the pre-strain and technique of heating and cooing on the recovery stress of Fe-Mn-Si-CrNi-C shape memory alloy has been studied. The results show that the recovery stress increases with increasing of thepre-strain when it is less than 3% ~ 4%. It is the opposite when prestrain is higher that 3% ~ 4%. At the sametemperature, the recovery stress in the cooling process is greater than that in the heating process. The higher the temperature of cooling is, the greater the recovery stress is.
