带加劲肋焊接空心球承载力研究

摘    要:在12个足尺带加劲肋空心焊接球节点单向加载试验的基础上,运用ABAQUS有限元软件,采用弹塑性线性强化材料本构模型建立有限元模型,考虑材料和几何非线性,利用弧长法对其受力过程进行分析,并将试验和模拟所得极限承载力值与规范推荐值进行比较.结合试验和有限元模拟,提出两条定量地判断试验中球节点极限荷载的标准.

Abstract:12 full-scale experiments of welded hollow spherical joints with ribbed stiffener under axial load were carried out in this paper.Based on the linear hardening elasto-plastic model and geometric nonlinearity,the whole loading course of joints was calculated by the use of arc-length method in ABAQUS FEM software.Then,the ultimate bearing capacity obtained from tests,FEM simulation and specification formula were compared.Furthermore,two criterions used to estimate the ultimate bearing capacity of joints quant...
