高层建筑基础埋置深度不足问题的探讨

摘    要:文中结合某高层建筑工程实例,分析了其存在基础埋置深度不足问题时的稳定性,同时指出了影响上部结构稳定性的最不利工况,并根据稳定性要求给出了加强稳定性的结构设计方案.结果表明,根据上部塔楼结构形式确定高层建筑基础埋置深度更符合设计原理,加强后浇带及构造措施可提高其上部结构的安全性.

Abstract:Based on a practical project,the stability of a high-rise building without enough embedded depth was analyzed and the most adverse load condition of impacting the stability of upper structure was indicated,subsequently a design scheme was proposed to enhance the stability according to the requirements of stability analysis.The results show that,it meets the design principle by determining the embedded depth of foundation according to structural style of upper tower,and the safety of upper structure is impro...
