整流级无零矢量TSMC输入功率因数的研究

摘    要:根据整流级无零矢量TSMC输入功率因数控制的要求,推导了占空比的数学表达式.提出应用参考输入电压矢量来实现占空比的控制.依据整流级输出电压为正的条件,推导了输入功率因数角的范围.并用PSIM仿真软件对TSMC的调制策略进行验证,仿真结果表明了理论分析的正确性,为TSMC的实现提供一定的理论依据.

Abstract:According to input power factor control requirement of two stage matrix converter without zero vectors, the mathematical expressions of duty ratio are deduced. The reference input voltage vector is presented to achieve the duty cycle control. The input power factor angle range is derived according to rectifier output positive voltage condition.
