摘    要:对故障叶片断口特征进行了观察与分析,对叶片的振动特性进行了分析计算,并结合应力测试和疲劳振动试验,对故障叶片的失效原因进行了分析.结果表明,叶片为高周疲劳断裂,叶背表面的机械擦伤是疲劳裂纹萌生的诱发因素,零阶可调叶片的角度不当是叶片振动的主要原因.

Abstract:In this paper, the fractured blade was observed, and its vibration characteristic was calculated, On basis of these observations and the results of stress testing and vibration fatigue testing, causes for such a fracture failure were analyzed, The results showed that the blade fracture happened in a high - cycle fatigue mode, The inductive factor for the initiation of the fatigue crack was the mechanical scrape on the blade back surface and the main cause for the blade vibration was the incorrect angles between the zero stage adjustable blades,
