| Abstract: | On basis of preliminary analysis of related literatures and materials, the continuous process for synthesising aqueous polyurethane dispersions was introduced and recommended. The advantages and disadvantages of continuous process and batch process for manufacturing polyurethane dispersions were compared. The related patent technologies of Dow, Bayer, Mobay, BASF,etc were introduced. The theoretical basis of superiority of continuous process was preliminarily expounded. |
