摘    要:根据对有关文献资料的初步分析,推介使用连续法合成聚氨酯水分散体。对比了连续法和间断法制备聚氨酯水分散体的优缺点,介绍了Dow、Bayer、Mobay和BASF等公司专利技术,并初步阐述连续法优越性的理论根据。

Abstract:On basis of preliminary analysis of related literatures and materials, the continuous process for synthesising aqueous polyurethane dispersions was introduced and recommended. The advantages and disadvantages of continuous process and batch process for manufacturing polyurethane dispersions were compared. The related patent technologies of Dow, Bayer, Mobay, BASF,etc were introduced. The theoretical basis of superiority of continuous process was preliminarily expounded.
