“水浸悬浮法”快速检测粮食含水率的应用

摘    要:“水浸悬浮法”快速测定粮食水分是利用“阿基米德定律”的原理,将样品完全浸入水中称量出干物质在水中质量,换算出于物质百分率,从而检测出粮食含水率.测量过程中称取一定量的试样装入恒质测量皿中,注水充分浸泡样品并排净空气,将密闭的测量皿完全浸入水中,称量其质量.根据“阿基米德定律”,样品中的水分质量与其在水中所受的浮力相等,在水中称量时水就失重为“0”,称量所得质量为样品干物质和测量皿的质量.然后通过计算即可得到试样的含水率.“水浸悬浮法”改变了传统以空气为介质的测定模式,填补了水分测定方法的技术空白.根据“水浸悬浮法”开发出JFSK - 100A型粮食水分快速测定仪,具有快速、准确、节能、环保等特点,为粮食的收购、销售、调运、存储、加工等各环节提供了科学准确的依据.2010年10月25日该方法及仪器被列入国家粮食行业标准.
