基于PIC单片机的多点温控系统的设计与实现

摘    要:单点温度控制系统不能满足自动化生产过程中对多点温度控制的需求。本文基于PIC单片机提出一种多点温度控制系统,设计了硬件电路、单片机程序以及上位机程序实现的核心部分。该系统具有三个优点:灵活配置、在线增加结点和删除结点。实践证明,该系统能够很好地实现自动化生产过程中的温度控制,达到预期的目的。

Abstract:Single spot temperature control system can not satisfy the requirements of the automation process. The multi-spot temperature control system based on PIC singlechip is presented in this paper. The core of hardware circuit, singlechip program and epigynous machine program are designed. The system has three advantages -- convenient configuration, on-line addtion of measure control node and on-line deletion of measure control node. The experiment shows that the effect of temperature control is validated to be achieved.
