基于UG和ANSYS的高压涡轮盘振动特性分析

摘    要:有限元分析软件ANSYS具有精确的解算器,而软件UG具有良好的前处理即三维建模、有限元网格划分及载荷施加能力,若将两者完美地结合起来就可以很好地解决有限元分析问题。在UG中首先建立了某型航空发动机高压涡轮盘的三维实体模型,然后进入其高级仿真模块,建立了涡轮盘的三维有限元模型。从UG中导出ANSYS的输入文件,再将此文件导入ANSYS中进行振动特性分析,实现了两者的完美结合,对航空发动机的动力分析有一定参考价值。

Abstract:The finite element analysis software ANSYS is an accurate solver, and the software UG is good at pretreatment, i.e. three-dimensional modeling, meshing and loading capability, if they are combined together, they can be used to solve many FEA questions. In this paper, a 3-D model of high-pressure turbine disc of all aero--engine has been established in UG, and then the 3-D finite element model of this turbine disc has been established in UG's advanced simulation module. Then, an input file for AN'SYS has been taken out from the UG, and imports this file in the ANSYS for vibration characteristics analysis. The result of the analysis has a certain reference value for the dynamic analysis of aero-engines.
