摘    要:天然气及煤气输送配后系统调压设备对天然气及煤气洁净度要求比较严格,针对天然气及煤气中所含有少量极细微的粉尘(微米级或亚微米级),输送配后系统调压设备需要设备高效除尘设备。上海化工研究院设计的组合式高效气体过滤器具有容尘量较大,阻力较低,运转稳定,操作方便等优点,较好地解决了城市内输送配系统中高压天然气及煤气在超低含尘浓度条件下细颗粒的除尘问题。相对进口除尘设备,有很高的性能价格比,因此具有推广价值。

Abstract:It is relatively strict for the pressure regulating equipment of natural gas and coal gas transmission and distribution back system to demand the purity of natural gas and coal gas. In view of a little very fine dust(order of micron or submicron) containing in natural gas and coal gas, it is necessary to provide a set of high effective dust removal unit for the pressure regulating equipment of gas transmission and distribution back system. The combined and high effective gas filter designed by the Shanghai Institute of Chemical Industry is of the advantages as high dust holding capacity, low resistance force, running stably and operating conveniently, etc.,by which the dust removal problem of fine particles with ultralow concentration in high pressure natural gas and coal gas in city transmission and distribution system is well solved. In comparison with the imported dust removal units, this one mentioned above has very high performance price ratio,being of the value of popularization.
