陀螺效应对船用柴油机曲轴疲劳寿命的影响分析

摘    要:运用多柔体动力学原理、多体动力学软件MSC.Adams对某船用柴油机曲轴系统进行了陀螺效应分析,研究了由于船体纵摇与曲轴转动相耦合的陀螺效应对该发动机曲轴系统在60°缸排插入角工作状态下应力变化与疲劳寿命的影响,为设计提供了依据。

Abstract:Theories of flexible multi-body dynamics and MSC.Adams software of multi-body dynamics were applied to make analysis of gyro effect on crankshaft system of a marine diesel engine.The influence of gyro effect on stress and fatigue life of crankshaft system due to coupling of hull longitudinal swing with crankshaft rotation was analyzed under the working condition of 60° cylinder cut-in angle.The research provides basis for the design work.
